• Your email address (from Google or Apple sign-in)
• Your chosen username
• A session identifier to keep you logged in

We do not collect passwords. Authentication is handled entirely by Google or Apple.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Boards.to account
• Reserve your chosen username
• Generate and track invite codes
• Communicate important updates about the service

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In — for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Sign-In — for authentication. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — for hosting and data storage.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only when required by law.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your account, username reservation, and invite codes.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie (boards_session) to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and expires after 30 days. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the service.
