Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Boards.to, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Boards.to is a bookmarking platform currently in pre-launch. During this phase, you may claim a username and receive invite codes to share with others. The full service features will be available at launch.

Accounts

To claim a username, you must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each person may claim one username.

Usernames

Usernames are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Usernames must be 3–24 characters and may contain only lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores.
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or violate these terms.
Usernames may not impersonate other people, brands, or organizations.
We reserve certain usernames for platform use (e.g., admin, help, support).

Invite Codes

Each user receives 3 invite codes upon claiming a username. Invite codes are non-transferable for commercial purposes. Selling or publicly distributing invite codes in bulk is prohibited.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Create multiple accounts to claim multiple usernames
Use automated tools to claim usernames
Claim usernames for the purpose of reselling them
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and reclaim your username at any time if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times or that usernames will be preserved indefinitely during the pre-launch phase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boards.to and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
